Navigate to Memorial Hall at 4231 Avenue of the Republic in West Fairmount Park. The museum is separate from Shofuso, the Horticulture Center and Belmont Plateau even though all are in the Centennial District.

Use the museum's gated lot beside Memorial Hall and check the current parking charge when reserving. Designated accessible spaces are in the adjacent museum lot.

Closed Monday and Tuesday. Open Wednesday-Saturday 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; first, fourth and fifth Sundays 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; second and third Sundays 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Holiday and special-event hours differ, so verify the selected date.

Restrooms are available on both museum floors, with baby-changing stations in select restrooms. A nursing room is on the lower level behind the Creative Arts Studio.

Admission is ticketed, and reservations are encouraged for visitors and members age 12 months and older. Use the museum's current reservation page for admission, carousel and parking prices rather than an older listing.

The museum documents accessible parking, restrooms on both floors, a nursing room and sensory and accommodation programs. One complimentary personal-care-attendant admission is available on request for an eligible paid visitor or member.

ADA-defined service animals are welcome. Emotional-support, comfort and therapy animals are not permitted inside.

This is a purpose-built children's museum with interactive exhibits and a carousel. Reserve ahead, check the day's opening time and build in breaks for food, restrooms and sensory needs.

Sunday opening time changes by week of the month, and holidays or events can override the weekly schedule. Make a reservation for faster entry and confirm current admission, carousel and parking charges.

SEPTA buses serve multiple park edges, and seasonal PHLASH routes connect several attractions. Select the stop nearest the destination because crossing the park from the wrong side can add steep grades and a long walk.
