Magnolia Grove

Use the geotagged grove point near Orianda Mansion and approach through the Eagle Drive/Crimea Estate area. The official park map is still useful for the final walk.

Use an open legal space serving the Eagle Drive/Crimea Estate area, then walk. Keep vehicles off lawns and planted areas and leave event and maintenance access clear.

The outdoor grove follows daylight park access unless an event or posted closure controls the area. Bloom timing depends on winter and spring weather and cannot be guaranteed for a calendar date.

There is no dependable public restroom at the grove or Mansion. Use facilities before arriving or confirm a staffed park building separately.

Ordinary outdoor access is free. Permitted events or programs are separate.

The final approach includes an outdoor estate landscape with grass, natural grades and weather-sensitive footing. The geotag reduces searching but does not guarantee a fully paved route.

Leashed dogs may accompany visitors outdoors. Keep them out of flower beds and away from private events, and remove waste.

The grove can be a memorable short seasonal stop paired with the Mansion exterior, but it has no play equipment, staffed interpretation or dependable facilities.

The published photograph shows full bloom in early April 2025, not a permanent year-round condition. Check recent local updates before making flowers the sole reason for the trip.

MTA buses reach several surrounding neighborhoods, while the Gwynns Falls Trail connects by bicycle and foot. Service does not eliminate long distances inside the park.
