Brown's Island is closed to public access during construction. Venture Richmond plans to reopen it for the Richmond Folk Festival October 9-11, 2026, with full project completion anticipated in early 2027. Adjacent routes and museums use separate conditions.
Open daily from sunrise to sunset, except the self-lighted tennis complex may operate later. Concessions, pedal boats, events and facilities use seasonal schedules.

Battlefield grounds and trails are open daily sunrise to sunset. Chimborazo and Cold Harbor visitor centers are open Wednesday-Sunday 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Fort Harrison Visitor Center is closed for 2026.
Open 365 days a year, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily and until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday-Friday. Restaurants, library, shop and programs use separate schedules.
