Enter Druid Hill Park from Gwynns Falls Parkway, turn right after entering, and follow signs to 3100 Swann Drive. The conservatory is near McCulloh Street and Gwynns Falls Parkway, not beside the zoo entrance.

The conservatory documents ample free parking nearby inside Druid Hill Park. Vehicle access can be suspended for major events, so read the same-day notice before driving into the park.

Open Wednesday-Friday 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; closed Monday, Tuesday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The official visit page also lists full vehicle closure for AFRAM June 19-21, 2026 and a conservatory closure for the Caribbean Fest parade July 11, 2026.

Use the conservatory's visitor facilities during staffed hours. Do not rely on building access before opening, after closing, or during an event closure.

Use the nearby parking and main visitor entrance for the shortest paved approach. Historic greenhouse aisles and event layouts can vary; contact the conservatory for a specific accommodation or group need.

Pets are not a normal fit inside the conservatory. Qualified service animals should be confirmed under current visitor rules; ordinary park dog rules resume outside the staffed facility.

The compact greenhouse environments work well as a weather-aware family stop, but adults should confirm the limited open days and supervise children around plants, glass, water, and narrow visitor aisles.

Do not plan around general park hours. The conservatory is closed Monday and Tuesday, keeps short daytime hours, and posts event-related vehicle and building closures separately.

MTA bus routes serve different edges of Druid Hill Park, and the Jones Falls Trail reaches the park by bike and foot. The nearest stop may still be a long walk from the attraction you selected.
