The park has no dedicated public lot. Use a legal Uptown street space or paid garage and compare rates before entry; baseball games, football games, concerts and conventions can sharply increase prices and demand.

The park is open during posted daylight and event hours. Water features, programmed events, nearby businesses and public facilities operate on separate schedules. This feature may have shorter, seasonal or daylight-only hours.

Do not depend on a continuously open public restroom inside the park. Plan around an open nearby business, venue or public facility, especially with children or during an event.

Ordinary park, lawn, gardens, art and water-feature access are free. Parking, nearby attractions, food and ticketed events cost separately.

Paved walks and curb ramps make the compact park broadly accessible. Crowds, temporary event barriers, wet sprayground surfaces and steep approaches from some Uptown blocks can affect the preferred route.
