Yes. The Van Andel Beach House provides restrooms, changing rooms, lockers, concessions, and plaza picnic space during beach operations. Other seasonal facilities may be limited outside the paid beach area.

Daily beach and splashpad admission is $4 for ages 16-62, $3 for ages 63 and older, $2 for ages 3-15, and free for ages 2 and under. Kent County says 2026 season-pass sales have ended; recheck future-season rates.

Developed lots, Kids' City, beach house, splash pad plaza, shelters, and portions of the trail network provide step-free access. Sand, water entry, rolling terrain, and natural routes vary; contact Kent County Parks for current beach accommodations.

Dogs may use Millennium Park's ordinary trails and park grounds on a leash no longer than 6 feet held by the handler.
