Paid garages surround the park. Lot 10 on Broadway is listed for weekend parking; weekday government business and major events can sharply affect availability.

Temporary markets, ceremonies, and civic events can change routes through the terrace.

Use the public restrooms shown on the official park map before crossing to the event lawn.

Park access, splash-pad play, lawns, playground, and many public programs are free. Parking, food, and selected events cost extra.

Elevators, ramps, and accessible routes connect the terraced blocks, but not every shortest route avoids stairs. Use the official map when approaching with wheels.

Leashed dogs are welcome in general areas, and a small designated dog run is provided. Dogs are not permitted in the splash pad or playground.

The fountain splash pad and playground make this a useful downtown family stop. Bring water shoes and dry clothes, and confirm splash-pad status before promising water play.
