Use Broadway for City Hall, the Event Lawn, dog run, and Metro; use mapped ramps or elevators rather than assuming every stair has an adjacent curb-free path.

Paid garages surround the park. Lot 10 on Broadway is listed for weekend parking; weekday government business and major events can sharply affect availability.

Park access, splash-pad play, lawns, playground, and many public programs are free. Parking, food, and selected events cost extra.

Elevators, ramps, and accessible routes connect the terraced blocks, but not every shortest route avoids stairs. Use the official map when approaching with wheels.

Leashed dogs are welcome in general areas, and a small designated dog run is provided. Dogs are not permitted in the splash pad or playground.
