Pearsall Park

Open daily 5:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.; splash pads operate 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. March-October, subject to weather and maintenance.

Large amenities are spread across multiple lots. Navigate to the splash pad and playground, skate park, dog park, disc golf, trail, or overlook rather than stopping at the first entrance.

Use the official park map because the 505-acre site has separated activity zones and significant distances between them.

Restrooms, portable toilets, fountains, Wi-Fi, parking, and picnic facilities are provided at developed activity nodes, not across every trail segment.

General park, splash pads, playground, skate park, dog park, disc golf, trails, fitness equipment, and public art are free; events and reservations may charge.

Developed zones include accessible parking and routes, rubber play surfacing, paved trails, and seating; hills, disc golf, natural surfaces, and long distances vary.

The 1.5-acre dog park combines large and small dog use; dogs must be leashed elsewhere and kept out of splash and playground zones.

Splash pads, playground, zip line, terrain play, swings, trails, fitness challenges, and public art make this a full-day family destination when heat is managed.

This is primarily a driving destination. Select the activity zone before routing and arrange pickup carefully because the park is large.

Shade is limited in many major activity zones. Bring water, verify splash-pad status, check surface heat, and do not assume the playground, skate park, and fitness areas share one parking lot.

Check San Antonio's hourly heat index, lightning, severe-storm and heavy-rain alerts, flash-flood risk, air quality, drought restrictions, and current facility notices. Pavement, play equipment, limestone, and exposed trails become dangerously hot, while river and low trail access may flood quickly.
