Brackenridge Park river trails

Three named walking routes follow portions of the San Antonio River through shade, historic structures, crossings, picnic areas, and attraction edges.

Parking is free but distributed across the large district. Route directly to the Japanese Tea Garden, zoo, Witte Museum, Lions Field, train, golf course, or pavilion rather than using one general pin.

The general park is free and open daily 5:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.; individual attractions keep separate hours.

Public restrooms and fountains are shown on the current park map at selected nodes; attractions maintain their own facilities during operating hours.

General park and Japanese Tea Garden access are free. Zoo, Witte Museum, train, golf, food, reservations, and events charge separately.
