Open daily 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.; fountain operation can pause for maintenance, severe weather, freezing conditions, or special work.

The most convenient official recommendation is paid visitor parking at Williams Tower, followed by a short walk. Do not assume adjacent curbs or private business lots permit park parking.

Approach from Post Oak Boulevard or the Williams Tower visitor garage and follow the pedestrian path south to the fountain; the Waterwall itself is the central destination.

There is no dependable dedicated public restroom inside the small outdoor park; use a confirmed open nearby business or facility rather than assuming Williams Tower access.

The park and Waterwall are free. Garage parking and nearby food or shopping cost separately.

Level paved approaches reach the fountain plaza and lawns, but spray can make surfaces wet and slick; use care with mobility devices near the basin.

Leashed dogs may use the outdoor lawn and paths under posted rules; keep pets out of the fountain basin and away from crowded photo areas.

The roar, mist, scale, and live-oak lawn make a memorable short family stop, but the fountain basin is not a splash pad or swimming area.

METRO buses serve Post Oak Boulevard and the Uptown corridor; the park is walkable from the Galleria area but not adjacent to rail.

Expect heavy mist and wet pavement close to the Waterwall. Supervise children, protect cameras and phones, and never enter or climb the fountain structure.

Check Houston's hourly heat index, lightning, heavy-rain and flood alerts, air quality, and current facility notices. Outdoor surfaces and play equipment can become dangerously hot, and open pavilions are not safe lightning shelters.
