Approach from Harrison Street for the map, fountains, and Farmers Market, or from James Robertson Parkway for the Capitol-facing end and carillon.

Restrooms are associated with staffed park facilities and the adjacent Farmers Market during their schedules; the long outdoor mall itself does not guarantee an open facility at every hour.
