Park at the separate Waterfall Entrance, 2158 Old Dublin Road. The Northern Area and Lake Area lots serve different parts of this spread-out park and are not the shortest waterfall arrival.

Millikin Falls is outdoors within Quarry Trails, which is open year-round from 6:30 a.m. until dark. Construction, ice, high water or maintenance can affect the trail and overlook independently.

The operator lists restroom facilities at Quarry Trails but does not promise one at the falls itself. Use developed-area facilities when available and do not rely on access after dark or during construction changes.

There is no listed admission or parking charge for ordinary park access, the Millikin Falls Trail or viewing the waterfall. Programs and reservable facilities are separate.

The operator rates Millikin Falls Trail easy and paved, but explicitly says steep steps begin the route. Do not treat the waterfall approach as step-free; the separate North-South Connector has the park's identified ADA boardwalk.

Pets are allowed on Millikin Falls Trail on a leash no longer than six feet. Keep animals controlled on the steps and away from the waterfall edge and stream.

The short paved route and waterfall can suit families able to manage steep steps. Keep children close at the overlook and water edge, and do not enter closed or construction areas.

This is a natural waterfall whose flow and footing change with weather. The park remains under active construction, so check current notices, stay behind barriers and allow enough daylight for the return.

Transit is limited at the separated entrances; driving or cycling is usually simplest.
