The Conservancy lists 90-minute parking from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, with fewer restrictions outside those hours. Special events and posted signs can replace normal rules.

Route 114 on Madison Avenue is useful for the south side near New Scotland Avenue and Albany Medical Center. Choose the side nearest the Lake House, playground, or event entrance, and check live arrivals because major events such as Tulip Festival use special shuttles and traffic controls.

The park is open from sunrise to 11:00 p.m. May through October and sunrise to 10:00 p.m. November through April. Restrooms, performances, recreation programs, fountains, and special events use separate schedules.
