Free onsite parking serves the main ticket entrance. Arrive early for outdoor areas in summer and for school, holiday or special-event days when the closest spaces and timed activities can fill.

The Butterfly Habitat is seasonal and may close for heat, weather or exhibit transitions even when Springs Preserve is open.

Restrooms and water are available in the principal museum and visitor buildings. Carry water between outdoor areas and confirm which buildings remain open during an early heat closure.
