217 E Iredell Avenue, Mooresville, NC 28115. The park is immediately east of downtown; use the signed public entrance and parking serving the playground, splash pad, amphitheater, shelter, basketball court, and greenway connection.

Use signed public parking at or near 217 E Iredell Avenue and arrive early for concerts, festivals, and splash-pad weather. Downtown event traffic or reserved spaces can change the easiest approach.

The Town's current facility finder lists the basketball courts from sunrise to 10 p.m. Splash-pad, concession, restroom, event, and programmed-area schedules may be narrower; verify seasonal water-play and event details before visiting.

General park, playground, trail, lawn, and basketball access is free. Programs, concerts, shelter reservations, concessions, and special events may have separate registration or charges.

Permanent restrooms are part of the rebuilt park near its main family and event facilities. Their availability may follow maintenance, splash-pad, or event schedules rather than the full court hours.

The rebuilt downtown park uses developed paths linking major facilities. The three-tier playground, wet splash-pad pavement, event crowds, and sloped connections deserve extra planning for mobility needs; use the closest signed accessible parking and current marked route.

A developed walking route and greenway connection to Center Avenue link the park with downtown. This is a compact urban walk rather than a backcountry trail, with hard surfaces around the playground, splash pad, court, shelter, and amphitheater.

Families can use the three-tier playground, interactive splash pad, covered basketball court, walking paths, picnic shelter, and lawns. Confirm that the splash pad is operating before promising water play and bring a change of clothes and water shoes.

Keep dogs leashed and controlled, remove waste, and keep them out of the playground, active splash pad, court, restroom, concession, and crowded event areas. Liberty Park does not have a designated dog park.

A reservable picnic shelter, concession area, and lawns support meals and gatherings. Reserve the shelter for guaranteed group use and check event rules before bringing equipment or setting up on busy dates.
