The main 3450 Blue Heron Drive entrance serves the welcome center and core east-side amenities. Additional parking near the bicycle facilities may operate separately; use the current park map for your exact activity.

The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Welcome-center restrooms, watercraft rentals, shelter events, camping, organized programs, and after-hours registered activities use separate schedules.

General park, playground, trails, boardwalk, beach access, pump track, and bike-skills areas are free. Watercraft rentals, programs, shelter reservations, camping, and events charge separately.

Permanent restrooms are available at the welcome center during operating conditions. Do not assume facilities are available on remote west-side trails, at every lake edge, or after the center closes.

The welcome center, playground area, accessible boardwalk, pedestrian bridge, floating dock approach, and developed core provide accessible options. Natural and mountain-bike trails, sand, camping transfers, and changing shoreline conditions vary.

The east lake has an approximately 1.7-mile boardwalk and trail loop; the west side adds several natural-surface miles, and the Chris Smith network provides six miles of single-track mountain-bike trail with multiple skill levels.

Families can combine the playground, welcome center, short lake loop, boardwalk, beach, pump track, Strider course, picnic shelter, and nature programs. Match bike features and water activities to ability and supervision.

Keep dogs leashed and controlled in allowed areas, remove waste, and protect wildlife. Follow restrictions around the playground, welcome center, beach, docks, rental craft, bike features, events, and camping platform.

An event shelter is reservable with a two-hour minimum, while ordinary visits can use designated seating and picnic areas. Confirm event schedules because shelter use can be exclusive.
