Use 1105 Hobbs Road. Parking is available near the garden and accessible routes; choose the garden side rather than the separately closed Bog Garden across Hobbs Road.

The garden opens daily at 8 a.m., weather permitting, and closes at 5 p.m. in winter, 7 p.m. in spring and early fall, and 8 p.m. in summer. It closes Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Casual garden access is free. Weddings, reserved spaces, and paid professional photography require current fees or permits.

Restrooms are listed as a reasonably accessible garden feature and are convenient to the gazebo and major developed areas.
