The park is normally open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. unless otherwise posted. The seasonal splash plaza normally operates May through September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

General park, playground, garden, lawn, public-art, dog-park, and seasonal fountain access is free. Food, rentals, programs, and ticketed events may charge.

A designated dog park is available. Dogs should remain controlled elsewhere in the park and may be restricted from fountains, play areas, food service, or programmed events.

Visitors can eat in public park areas and purchase food nearby, but organized or exclusive gatherings require approval through Greensboro Downtown Parks Inc.

Look for Janet Echelman's aerial sculpture Where We Met, the Women's Holocaust Memorial, Carolyn's Garden, the sensory space, great lawn, and performance place.
