Use 3905 Nathanael Greene Drive, the Orman Road lot, or 3805 Jaycee Park Drive depending on your destination. The internal loop road is reserved for pedestrians and cyclists.

Park hours change seasonally and with weather; verify the posted closing time before a late visit. Seasonal boats, carousel, zipline, and neighboring attractions use separate hours.

General park, playground, trail, dog-park, and picnic access is free. Fishing passes, pedal boats, carousel, zipline, reservations, and adjacent attractions may charge.

Accessible restrooms are available near developed recreation areas, including the playground and shelters. Remote trail sections do not have continuous facilities.

Most major features are reasonably accessible, including fishing dock, playground, restrooms, shelters 1 and 2, and an all-persons nature trail. The Orman Road lot is recommended for many visitors using mobility devices.

The park has 1.67 miles of paved trail plus nature, hiking, biking, and mountain-bike routes. Surfaces, slopes, roots, and weather conditions vary outside the paved loop.

Families can use playgrounds, the canopy walk, fishing piers, picnic areas, and seasonal pedal boats, carousel, and zipline. Paid and seasonal attractions should be checked separately.

The park has separate large- and small-dog off-leash areas. Dogs must be leashed again outside the designated dog park and kept clear of restricted attractions.

Five picnic shelters are available; reserve a shelter for guaranteed group use. Casual picnicking remains possible in permitted areas when space is available.

Key destinations include the two fishing lakes, Guilford County Veterans Memorial, canopy walk, playgrounds, dog park, and connections into the Battleground Parks District.
