Park Road Park

Park hours vary by facility and season. Grounds generally follow posted daylight access, while lighted fields, pavilion reservations, leagues, concessions and restrooms can follow different schedules.

More than 500 free spaces are distributed around the park. Enter from Park Road and follow signs to the playground, pond, fields or pavilion; tournaments and weekend leagues can consume the lots nearest athletic facilities.

Use 6220 Park Road and select a destination before arrival. The playground and pond, athletic fields, pavilion and greenway access are spread across a large, active campus.

Restrooms serve the developed recreation areas, with availability tied to facility schedules and maintenance. Do not assume every field or greenway approach has an open building.

General park, playground, courts, pond, picnic and greenway access are free. Reservations, leagues, concessions and programs may charge, and fishing-license requirements apply to anglers age 16 and older.

Developed lots and paved routes serve major facilities, but the county inventory does not mark the entire park ADA accessible. Slopes, older paths, field edges and wet conditions can change the easiest route.

Leashed dogs are allowed in general areas but should stay out of playgrounds and active athletic fields. Keep them controlled around anglers, wildlife and crowded greenway traffic.

The playground, pond, ball fields, courts and picnic facilities make this a practical all-purpose family park. Children need close supervision near water, parking aisles and active games.

CATS serves the Park Road corridor, but the park entrance and interior destinations require additional walking. Confirm the stop and safe crossing before relying on transit.

This is a working sports park, so tournament and league calendars matter. Arrive early on busy weekends, identify the correct lot, and check field or greenway closures after storms.
