Berkley Riverfront Park

Outdoor riverfront spaces are generally available daily, subject to posted closures, events and construction. Stadium, transit and programmed areas keep separate schedules.

Riverfront parking is paid and enforced around the clock under current Port KC regulations. Read posted rates and zones; stadium events and construction can change availability.

Use Riverfront Drive for the esplanade and overlooks, the streetcar for the transit district, or choose the stadium and Town of Kansas Bridge connections separately.

Permanent public restroom access is limited; event and tenant facilities vary. Plan before arriving for a long trail visit.

Park and trail access are free. Parking, stadium events, food, rentals and programmed activities cost separately.

The esplanade and main shared-use trail are paved, but construction detours, bridge connections and river-edge grades can alter routes.

Leashed dogs are welcome in ordinary park areas. Bar K is closed and should not be treated as an operating dog-park amenity.

The paved river walk, public art and streetcar ride are the easiest family combination; shade and restrooms can be limited on hot days.

The KC Streetcar riverfront extension serves the district; verify current stop service and event changes before relying on it.

The district is changing quickly. Paid parking, construction, stadium events and trail work can supersede older web guidance, so follow current signs and Port KC notices.

Check current Kansas City metro weather and operator alerts. Missouri River conditions, flash flooding, lake status, heat, severe storms, snow, ice and high winds can close trails or facilities independently.
