Harriet Island Regional Park

General Saint Paul park hours are sunrise-11:00 p.m.; reserved pavilions, stages, docks, cruises, restrooms, event enclosures, and adjacent island spaces follow separate schedules.

Surface lots and event parking serve Harriet Island, but festivals, concerts, floods, and private rentals can close roads or reserve spaces. Use the exact event or facility entrance.

Dr. Justus Ohage Boulevard reaches the main island. Wigington Pavilion, Target Stage, Kelley's Landing, public dock, play area, Raspberry Island, and riverboat boarding are separate destinations.

Restrooms are seasonal, with additional facilities during events or inside reserved buildings. Do not expect public access inside a private pavilion rental.

Park lawns, riverwalk, skyline views, play area, and ordinary picnics are free. Parking during some events, pavilion rentals, cruises, festivals, food, and programs cost.

Paved riverwalk and developed event facilities provide accessible routes, but flood closures, grass event fields, docks, snow, and bridge grades can affect access.

Leash dogs and keep them out of private events, play equipment, food areas, and posted docks or facilities. Crowds, fireworks, heat, and river edges add risk.

Skyline views, boats, lawns, play area, picnics, riverwalk, and festivals can suit families. Supervise continuously near docks and the Mississippi River.

Biking via regional trails, walking from downtown bridges, Metro Transit, rideshare, and driving are options. Bridge grades and event street closures matter.
