Maggie Daley Park

The park is open daily 6 a.m.-10 p.m. The Play Garden is generally 6 a.m.-9 p.m.; skating, climbing, mini golf, rentals, cafe, and fieldhouse use seasonal schedules.

Paid Grant Park garages are the closest dependable vehicle option. Designated accessible spaces and elevator access are available near Randolph Street.

Use Randolph Street for the most direct accessible entrance and fieldhouse, or cross the BP Pedestrian Bridge from Millennium Park.

Modern accessible restrooms are in the fieldhouse during building hours. Confirm access when visiting very early, late, or during a holiday schedule.

General park and Play Garden access are free. Climbing, skate or scooter rentals, mini golf, lockers, food, and seasonal skating sessions can charge.

Wheelchair- and stroller-friendly entrances and paved paths meet accessible grades; the Play Garden includes accessible surfacing and elements, and adaptive skating support is available in season.

Dogs are not permitted in the Play Garden and may be restricted from activity areas. Follow posted leash and access rules in general park space.

This is one of Chicago's strongest family stops. The Play Garden is for children under 12, with large slides reserved for ages 5-12; supervise closely across themed zones.

Millennium Station and downtown CTA stops are nearby. The pedestrian bridge from Millennium Park avoids a major street crossing but includes a longer winding route.

The skating ribbon changes by season: ice in winter and limited rollerblade or non-electric scooter use in warm weather. Weather and programs can close all or part of it.

Check current heat, air quality, storms, wind, lake or river conditions, and operator alerts. Chicago weather can close water, beach, climbing, skating, garden, and event areas independently of general park hours.
