The Carter Center overlook provides broad views, but museum access, parking, and hours are separate from the park.

There is no single central park lot. Use legal neighborhood parking, the Carter Center area when visiting it, transit, bike, or a BeltLine connection; avoid blocking residential streets.

General city park hours are 6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. Adjacent institutions, restrooms, events, and parking lots have separate schedules.

Do not assume a public restroom is available along every trail segment. Use confirmed facilities at an open adjacent institution or the new BeltLine restroom network where applicable.

Park lawns, trails, and outdoor art are free. The Carter museum, private parking, food, and special events may have separate fees.

Leashed dogs are welcome under city rules; keep them away from memorials, programmed spaces, and private grounds.
