Use General Rees Avenue for main facilities; the Navy History Wall and memorials are at the south end in front of the baseball fields.

Public restroom facilities serve developed park areas, but access can vary with field and reservation schedules.

General park, playground, fitness, paths, history wall, and open-space access are free. Pavilion and field reservations cost extra.
