Denver urban parks are open daily 5:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. Buildings, restrooms, water features, attractions, events, and seasonal recreation use separate schedules.

Use paid neighborhood garages or transit; Union Station and the pedestrian bridge make car-free arrival straightforward.

Little Raven Street and Millennium Bridge are the clearest downtown approaches, while trail users enter along the South Platte.

The park restroom is listed 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily from April 15 through October 15; outside that season use a confirmed downtown facility.

Park, lawns, river trail, and bridge connections are free; parking, food, and events cost separately.

Broad paved promenades connect downtown and river trails, though some lawn and river-edge areas are uneven.

Leashed dogs are allowed and heavily present; keep paths clear and clean up waste.

Good for stroller walks, lawns, trains, bridges, and river views, but it has less dedicated play equipment than family destination parks.

Union Station rail and buses are nearby, and multiple regional bike trails converge along the river.

The restroom is seasonal and closes well before the park. River edges, bikes, scooters, heat, and limited shade require attention.

Check Denver's hourly temperature, UV index, wind, lightning, air quality, snow and ice. High elevation sun is intense, afternoon storms form quickly, and exposed lakes, lawns, hills, and river corridors can feel much colder or hotter than nearby streets.
