Salesforce Park

May through October hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; November through April hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Hours are subject to change.

Use transit or a paid downtown garage; the park has no free visitor lot. Traffic and garage access are difficult during commute hours and events.

The main entrance is Salesforce Plaza at 425 Mission and Fremont. Five elevator banks and one escalator reach the rooftop across the four-block Transit Center.

Public restrooms are inside the Transit Center rather than spread through the rooftop. Confirm the nearest open facility and elevator before settling at the far end.

Park admission and public programming are free unless an event states otherwise. Food, parking, and transit fares cost separately.

Elevators connect street and transit levels to the rooftop, and the principal loop is developed. Elevator outages and event setups can change the best entrance.

Pets are not allowed because of the park's delicate plant habitat. Service animals are allowed.

The children's play area, fountains, lawns, botanical loop, and free activities work well for families, but the long rooftop needs a meeting point and restroom plan.

The park sits atop the regional Transit Center, served by bus operators and nearby Muni/BART connections. Street-level access varies by operator and time.

Confirm park hours, elevator status, wind, heat, rain, and event occupation. Use a named elevator bank when meeting others because the park spans nearly four blocks.
