Use legal downtown street parking near E Street and 9th or 10th Avenue. Event and winter restrictions can change the closest usable space.

The outdoor artifact follows posted Delaney Park access; barriers, preservation work, events, snow, or ice can restrict close approach.

No destination-specific public restroom is documented at the locomotive. Use a confirmed-open downtown facility or event plan.

Viewing the outdoor locomotive is free; nearby events or reserved activities may charge.

Paved downtown sidewalks approach the display, but curbs, snow, ice, temporary fencing, and the artifact's own steps can limit access. Viewing does not require climbing onto it.

Dogs must remain leashed and controlled at Delaney Park Strip; keep them clear of the artifact, fencing, and active recreation areas.

The locomotive is an engaging historic stop, but adults should treat it as an artifact and obey current barriers rather than promise that climbing is allowed.
